Week 1

Week 1

Hello!

My first week on mission was actually not in Charlotte, it was at Longwood University at a youth camp called Unidiversity.  There I got to participate as a camper and get to know some of the kids from the neighborhood better.  Unidiversity is very similar to the Passways camp we used to go to.  Each day we would wake up at 7:30, go to breakfast, morning celebration, self devotion, bible study, seminar, lunch, elective (mine was photography), free time, dinner, evening worship, evening activity, then bed time at 11:30.  Saturday we packed up and left camp.  I headed home for a day of rest and laundry before heading to Charlotte Sunday morning. When I arrived the house was very quiet because it's always closed to the neighborhood on Sunday.  I settled in to my new room with 2 roommates named Holly and Judith.  This morning we woke up around 8 and had morning prayers.  Later on today the kids will come and we'll laugh and play some more! Thank you for your support and I hope you will walk with me through my journey.

Molly :)
