tons of fun

tons of fun

Last week at camp Mundo Vista was really fun. I don't think I've laughed that hard for that long in a verrryyyy long time.  The four of us had a blast and were always crackin' jokes.  Matt had many campers and counselors crushing on him, and that was the root for most of our jokes. All of our sessions went extremely well and I think the girls really enjoyed it. Also I think it was really cool for the girls to see that we weren't old people missionaries going to far off lands to spread the Word of God to people who don't have clean water.  I'm not taking anything away from people who do that, my point is just that they need to understand that you can do mission work anywhere.  We were a prime example.  I mentioned the enormous amount of rec equipment we got at camp in the previous blog.  We managed to fit it all in the Rodeo, but the question after we got it all in was "Are we gunna fit?!".  Yes, indeed we did.  It might not have been the most pleasant 2 hours of my life, but we made it.  This weekend has been very relaxing.  I went shopping at the Value Village which is a thrift store about a mile down the road.  Let me tell you, there are some good deals in there!! Target seems to be my new hang out spot. Whenever we (the interns) have nothing to do, it's Target time.  Judith and I made a delicious pasta dinner the other night.  It was mainly Judith....but I cut the cheese (I do not mean passing gas either).  Matt has started to go out and just eat leaves off of plants in the garden to see which ones he likes. Some of the leaves, such as tomato plant leaves, aren't meant to be eaten.  Joanie's due date is on Tuesday! She's been ready for about 2 weeks now, and so have we! It's going to be very exciting! I'm running out of things to say so that means it's time to go.

Thanks for your prayers!!!

Molly:)

I LOVE your blogs!! Keep 'em coming!
Imagine --- young people are missionaries, too. WOW!! Now if more folks let that sink in, just think where we would be. Keep up the good work. And look for another care package in the mail!

Tell Jason and Joanie congrats on the arrival of the new little girl.

AND .... I can't believe you said "cut the cheeese" in the blog! Greg, she's YOUR daughter!

Great blog entry. Remember when you cut the cheese, you have to do it just right or it won't turn out right.
