After compiling and considering input from the congregation, the Personnel Team has developed and published an advertisement for an Associate Pastor for Discipleship.  The position is currently being advertised in The Religious Herald, which is the news magazine of Virginia Baptists, and can also be found on the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Virginia website by clicking here. Through links from these sources, the position has local, regional and national exposure.  The Personnel Team is receiving and reviewing resumes in preparation for the next phase, which will be conducting interviews.  At the appropriate time in the next few months, the congregation will have an opportunity to meet and converse with a candidate, prior to consideration of a call.
