“Living Doxologically”

Romans 11:33-36; 12:1

Key Thought: When God breaks into the ordinary, worship happens.  Life becomes doxology.

1.     We WAIT on God in the ordinary. (Ps. 37:7)

2.     Waiting becomes PRAYING. (2 Chron. 7:14-15)

3.     Praying yields God’s POWER. (Js. 5:17)

4.     God’s power works through our CALLING. (Rom. 8:28)

5.     People experience God’s PRESENCE. (1 Cor. 12:4-7)

6.     God’s presence points us to God’s PURPOSES in the world. (Jer. 29:11)

7.     God’s purposes require WAITING on God.
