PEW is a new and exciting opportunity for our families with preschool children, ages 3 - 5, to begin to learn about worship together.  Eight (8) Sundays in 2011 - January 30, February 13, April 24, June 5, July 17, August 28, October 9, and November 20 - our older preschoolers will get to participate in “Big Church”.  ETC will continue as usual on Sundays in between PEW Sundays, as well as ETC for children younger than 3 on PEW Sundays.

PEW Sundays will include a message for children, a bulletin with age-appropriate activities provided for the preschoolers, and helps and hints will be provided for parents to help them learn together. PEW allows our little people the opportunity to learn about and experience worship for more than just a few Sundays before they are “thrown in” as kindergarteners.  If a child attends every service available to them as a preschooler, they will have had 24 learning opportunities by the time they enter kindergarten - what a great way to start your life as a worshipper! Make sure to welcome any PEWs who may worship near you!
