Heritage Day Celebrates 50 Years!

You are cordially invited to be a part of HRBC’s 50th anniversary celebration on Sunday, June 8.  There are many special events taking place on this Heritage Day that you won’t want to miss.

One combined worship service in the sanctuary at 11:00 am. Sunday School will take place at 9:45 am.

Preaching by Rev. Martha Kearse, daughter of HRBC’s first full-time Senior Pastor, Rev. Tim Dixon.

Attendance by several former HRBC ministers, including Bert Browning, Charles Chandler, Ray Pollard, and Tim Dixon.

A covered dish luncheon following the morning worship service. Have you often looked at your dinner table and wondered if you had enough food for your family and guest?  We need you to “visiualize” your Heritage Day meal for our invited guests, former members, friends and your family.  Please bring generous main dishes and sides to be shared and enjoyed by all.  Our course, bring your best desserts.  You may bring your food to the gym before and after Sunday School.  You may even bring them with you when you come to eat in the gym after the service.  Let’s make ourselves proud and feed them well!

Open House and tours of the newly renovated building from 1:30 – 3:00 pm.

Please mark your calendar and JOIN US for this important milestone in HRBC’s history on June 8th!
