A Review of The Clinic, 2013

On September 21, HRBC took The Clinic, our annual community outreach day, six miles down the road to Central Baptist Church.  Due to our ongoing construction, what at one time looked like a logistical challenge became a wonderful day of ministry collaboration between two congregations sharing Christ’s love with their neighbors.  In the process, new friendships were made and ideas were exchanged.  God’s Kingdom was certainly visible because of what many from both churches contributed over the week of preparation and the day of implementation. It is our prayer that such a presence to the community will be strengthened now that two churches know how to serve in this tangible way.  Thanks to Central Baptist for opening their doors to such an endeavor and to all the volunteers that made the day of ministry happen!
