As of January 15, we have received financial gifts totaling $561,909.35 toward our planned renovation project. When this amount reaches $800,000, we will proceed with construction. Over 3 years, we expect to receive a minimum total of $1.25 million. This will leave just over $1 million to borrow to fund the renovation in its entirety (the more we contribute, the less we will have to borrow). We look forward to flexibility, accessibility and security.
